Welcome to Powerhouse (“Powerhouse,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or services (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

1. What Powerhouse Does

Powerhouse helps users complete cancellation requests and similar administrative tasks on their behalf.

  • You submit a request.

  • We attempt to complete it.

  • You are only charged if the task is successfully completed.

2. Authorization & User Consent

By using Powerhouse, you authorize us to:

  • Contact third parties (e.g., companies or service providers) related to your request

  • Communicate on your behalf for the sole purpose of completing the requested task

  • Use the information you provide to perform the task

  • You remain the account holder at all times.

  • We do not impersonate you unlawfully or misrepresent identity.

  • You approve all actions taken to complete your request.

3. Payments & Charges

  • Powerhouse uses Stripe to securely process payments.

  • We place a temporary authorization on your payment method.

  • You are only charged if the cancellation is confirmed.

  • If a request cannot be completed, the authorization is released or refunded.

  • Prices are shown clearly before authorization.

4. No Guarantee of Outcome

While we make reasonable efforts to complete requests, results are not guaranteed. Some companies may:

  • Require in-person cancellation

  • Impose contractual restrictions

  • Refuse third-party handling

  • If a task cannot be completed, you will not be charged.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information

  • Only request actions you are legally authorized to perform

  • Not request fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful actions

  • We reserve the right to refuse any request at our discretion.

6. Communications

By using the Service, you consent to receive:

  • Status updates

  • Requests for clarification or approval

  • Completion confirmations

  • Communications may be sent via email or phone, based on what you provide.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Powerhouse is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific request

  • The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • These Terms are violated

  • The Service is misused

  • A request poses legal or operational risk

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
